V-Band Compressor Outlet Is typically used on Detroit and Cummins but can be Used on Cat as well, If you need a V-Band Outlet Adapter, We have them.
Cat Style Compressor Outlet works with the flange typically used on Cats with the 2 orings and 2 ears holding it in place, if you need one, We have them.

If you select the Bigger/Longer Shaft with Upgraded Bearings, this turbo frame is overall bigger/longer, it will fit perfectly on a Cat C15, but Detroit or Cummins will need a different style Drain tube

Titanium wheel is a great upgrade for longevity of your turbo. When running a Titanium Wheel, trucks will typically build another 1-3 PSI of boost, so depending on your application, we usually recommending stepping up to a bigger exhaust housing.
