Q: What shipping options are available?
Online orders will be shipped through UPS, USPS, Fedex and Speedee, based on the customers choice at checkout. Depending on stock status and product availability, all products will have a minimum handling duration of 4-5 business days depending, this does not including shipping time. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you are interested in an expedited shipping on your order.
Q: What could cause a shipping delay?
Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email. During the holiday season shipping delivery may vary. Every year we have noticed an increase and delayed shipping times during holiday seasons, this is out of our control.
Shipping company's also loose or misplaced packages, that is why we put insurance on the package but it can create a delay as well, that is also out of our control.
We appreciate your patients, if you receive delayed responses from us, just remember we are doing our best to keep you happy and we are more than likely waiting on responses from the shipping company.
Q: Is there a cost on returns?
Not all products are returnable, please contact us if there is any questions, the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Amount of refund will be based on the purchase price of your product and manufacture restocking fees.
Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional charge not included at checkout! We understand this is an inconvenience but we are unable to automatically calculate shipping for those areas, send us an email or talk to us on the chat for a quote!
