That’s the million-dollar question, and its answer depends primarily on two different variables – 1) What model / year truck do you own? 2) How do you want to use it? Turbocharged Performance LLC does NOT accept returns on any used products or services. Turbocharged Performance LLC does not cover Paypal or any other credit card fee's on returns. Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full or partial refund at the discretion of Turbocharged Performance LLC. All products will have a 10-20% restocking fee, product specific. We do not repair products from other manufacturers. Ex: switching products, edge, fass, efilive components. Please visit the manufacturers website or contact them for any warranty information that may be applicable. Turbocharged Performance LLC. does NOT have a warranty service. Upon delivery of your package, please inspect contents and call us immediately if something is incorrect. If not contacted within 14 days of receiving the package, any missing content will have to be purchased.

Acknowledgement of ownership and use of intellectual property BUYER acknowledges the products sold through this website constitute the intellectual property of Turbocharged Performance LLC and/or others. BUYER acknowledges that his purchase of such products constitutes a license to use such products for a single use on a single vehicle and that SELLER reserves all other ownership and use rights. BUYER agrees he shall not resale or redistribute the products under any circumstances unless specified rights have been given in writing by SELLER to BUYER.

Turbocharged performance and its officers, directors, employees, agents, assigns and successors (SELLER) shall in no way be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damage resulting from improper installation and/or use of products offered for sale through this website. BUYER and/or USER assumes all responsibility for any damage resulting from the use or misuse of this product. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BUYER hereby waives all claims against SELLER arising from the use of this product. BUYER hereby waives all remedies or liabilities, expressed or implied, arising by law or otherwise, (including without any obligations of SELLER with respect to fitness, merchantability and consequential damages) or whether or not occasioned by SELLER’s negligence. SELLER disclaims any warranty and expressly disclaims any liability for personal injury or damages. BUYER acknowledges and agrees that the disclaimer of any liability for personal injury is a material term for this agreement and BUYER agrees to indemnify SELLER and to hold SELLER harmless from all claims related to or arising from installation and/or use of the product purchased. Under no circumstances will SELLER be liable for any damages or expenses by reason of use or sale of any such products. SELLER assumes no liability regarding the improper installation, misuse, or misapplication of its products. It is BUYER’S responsibility to ensure proper installation and use.

Turbocharged Performance LLC is the SELLER of all products offered by sale on this website. By purchasing any product through this website, BUYER acknowledges and agrees:

1. All products offered for sale through this website are designed and intended for off-road vehicles and for off-road use only.

2. Use on any state or federal highway may constitute a violation of the Clean Air Act (CAA). The CAA can be found at http://www.epa.gov/air/caa/. The CAA contains, in detail, what are considered to be violations of motor vehicle emission standards and corresponding penalties for failure to obey, and should be read in full before acknowledging this disclaimer and/or installing this off-road only use product. It is the responsibility of the BUYER to ensure all USERS of products purchased by BUYER understand and comply with all local, state and federal laws regarding vehicle emissions standards, noise/sound, and speed/use.

3. All products offered for sale through this website, with the exception of apparel items, are capable of the following:

     A. Making a vehicle non-compliant with local, state and federal emissions regulations.

     B. Making a vehicle capable of obtaining vehicle speeds unsafe for driving conditions.

     C. Making a vehicle capable of obtaining conditions exceeding safe vehicle speeds based on mechanical condition of the vehicle, such as tire speed ratings..

     D. Making the vehicle capable of exceeding mechanical limits of engine speed, power output, and mechanical stress upon the powertrain, driveline, chassis, and body of the vehicle.

     E. Producing power and torque output(s) requiring superior driving skills and techniques in order to be safely applied. It is the sole responsibility of BUYER of these products to make BUYER   and any USER of these products aware of these additional capabilities and adjust the installation and use of the product accordingly, or to not install or use the product.

4. Installation and use of these products could result in the voidance of vehicle and/or parts manufacturers’ warranties.

5. BUYER is not relying upon SELLER’S skill or judgment to select or furnish products suitable for any particular purpose and all products are sold without any warranty whatsoever, express or implied, as to fitness for any particular intended use.

6. No product is available for sale or use in the state of California.

The position will involve but not be limited to the following duties:

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on light duty diesel, specifically diesel pickups
• Complete service reports, time cards and request required parts timely and accurately
• Work overtime as workload dictates
• Work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs
• Work in other areas of shop as assigned
• Motivated to learn and take on new projects
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned

• Four years of experience specifically working on diesel engines. 
• Excellent customer service skills and an outgoing personality
• Ability to assemble and disassemble components in a timelymanner.
• Troubleshooting and repair of diesel engines and other related pickup component.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good computer skills-most work is directly related to the use of a computer!
• Ability to meet insurability standards to drive a company vehicle

If you have requested a Turbocharged Performance LLC brochure, all information is kept completely confidential and is not shared with any third parties. We may, on occasion, send you an updated catalog or brochure. If you do not wish to receive any mail from Turbocharged Performance LLC, please contact us via email at me@company.com. Include your name and mailing address and email address. You will be removed from any future mailings.

If you have elected to provide us with your contact information, e.g., by registering at the Site, emailing our Customer Service department or placing an order, we may provide you with service related announcements concerning the Site or contact you regarding your customer service requests or your order. For example, all registered users will receive an email to confirm their order. These types of communications are necessary to serve you, respond to your concerns and to provide the high level of customer service that Turbocharged Performance LLC offers its customers. Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information

Online orders will be shipped through UPS, USPS, Fedex and Speedee, based on the customers choice at checkout. Depending on stock status and product availability, all products will have a minimum handling duration of 4-5 business days depending, this does not including shipping time. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you are interested in an expedited shipping on your order.

Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email. During the holiday season shipping delivery may vary. Every year we have noticed an increase and delayed shipping times during holiday seasons, this is out of our control.

Shipping company's also loose or misplaced packages, that is why we put insurance on the package but it can create a delay as well, that is also out of our control.

We appreciate your patients, if you receive delayed responses from us, just remember we are doing our best to keep you happy and we are more than likely waiting on responses from the shipping company.

 

Not all products are returnable, please contact us if there is any questions, the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Amount of refund will be based on the purchase price of your product and manufacture restocking fees.
