Q: Responsibilities
The position will involve but not be limited to the following duties:
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on light duty diesel, specifically diesel pickups
- Complete service reports, time cards and request required parts timely and accurately
- Work overtime as workload dictates
- Work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs
- Work in other areas of shop as assigned
- Motivated to learn and take on new projects
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Q: Qualifications
- Four years of experience specifically working on diesel engines.
- Excellent customer service skills and an outgoing personality
- Ability to assemble and disassemble components in a timelymanner.
- Troubleshooting and repair of diesel engines and other related pickup component.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good computer skills-most work is directly related to the use of a computer!
- Ability to meet insurability standards to drive a company vehicle
