Description

Features

  • Intake manifolds for the  Cummins 6.7L trucks are built around a 3.5" inlet that smoothly transitions to two 3" mandrel bent tubes.
  • This design also enabled the use of a short bolt in place of the long driver-side flange bolt that passes right through the center of the stock manifold air plenum.
  • Thus freeing up airflow even more yet maintaining the stock six bolt pattern for a proper seal.
  • The twin tube design nearly doubles the outlet size of the stock manifold while minimizing the impact of the initial section of the number one injector line. These design features amount to a 49.4% increase in flow over the factory manifold.
  • With this vast improvement over the stock manifold you can expect quicker turbo spool, lower egt's, and less over all strain on your motor.
  • This manifold also includes instructions, a polished stainless dipstick mount, port plugs, a factory Cummins gasket and hardware to make installing this intake extremely easy.
  • You will need to test all of your factory emissions equipment as this manifold does not have provisions to use any of it.
  • This manifold is for off road use only. For an additional charge, select powdercoating colors are available on this manifold.
  • Pair this manifold with the Pusher 3.5" intercooler tubes and CNC machined heater grid test for even better airflow.
  • Unobstructed 3.5" inlet to two 3" mandrel bent tubes.
  • Fully TIG welded with precise settings to produce a beautiful weld and optimal penetration without impacting airflow.
  • Directly replaces the stock manifold-throttle valve assembly and does not have provisions for the factory EGR valve
  • Works with current popular dual CP3 kits
  • The factory MAP sensor port is located on the under side of the manifold for a cleaner look once its installed
  • 50-200F drop in EGT's
  • .5-1 MPG increase
  • Significant gain in throttle response
  • Faster turbo spool
  • More durable and better looking

Frequently Asked Question

  1. Why is there a big dent in the manifold?
The dent is for the #1 injector line that passes right over the inlet to the head. All aftermarket intake manifolds for the 6.7L trucks have something like this built in. Due to how much thinner our wall thickness is over competing cast manifolds as well as the unique geometry of our twin tube design, the Pusher 3.5” Mega Intake manifold has the smallest “dent” on the market.
  2. Is this manifold EGR compatible?
No, it has no provisions for the EGR valve which mounts to the factory manifold
  3. Does this manifold have a port for the factory MAP sensor?
Yes, it is relocated to the under side of the manifold for a cleaner look. Once the EGR is shut off that is the only sensor on the manifold that is necessary.
  4. Do I need to purchase a throttle valve test with this manifold?
No, this manifold replaces the entire stock manifold-throttle valve assembly.
  5. How many of the 1/8” NPT ports do I need?
That depends on how many injectors or gauges you want to install in the manifold. A standard manifold comes with two ports which is usually more than enough for the average customer.
  6. Does this manifold come with a new gasket?
Yes, all of our manifolds come with new factory Cummins gaskets, hardware, and any other necessary hardware.
  7. Does this manifold work with the stock heater grid and or a heater grid test?
Yes, the heater grid and the tests are below the manifold and do not effect it.
  8. Does this manifold work with the factory driver-side charge tube?
Yes, it is a direct replacement for the stock manifold.
  9. Does this manifold work with dual CP3’s?
It works with the fast majority of dual CP3 kits that we’ve seen. We recommend purchasing a “natural finish” manifold so that if any modifications have to be made to it, you won’t be damaging the coating you would have otherwise paid for.
  10. How much HP will this manifold add?
That depends on how much air you’re trying to move through it. The more air you’re moving the more power there is to be gained.
  11. Will this manifold fit with dual injection pumps? T
  12. his manifold does fit with most dual pump setups, but not all. It is regrettable for that some manufacturers of dual pump setups didn’t take into account the need for improved air flow. For anyone interested in knowing whether it’ll fit with their setup, feel free to call us at
